Job Duties
- Oversee the smoking, grilling, and cooking processes to ensure all meats and dishes meet our high standards
- Collaborate on menu development, bringing fresh ideas and seasonal inspiration to the table
- Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and quality during service
- Manage inventory, prep schedules, and ingredient quality to minimize waste and maximize flavor
- Ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen is perfectly crafted, from our smoked brisket to our signature sides
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards
