Job Requirements

  • minimum of three years of management experience
  • ability to demonstrate leadership and professional image
  • flexible work schedule availability
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency with word and excel
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work independently
  • positive and proactive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of three years of management and supervisory experience preferred
  • management experience in the service industry is strongly preferred
  • hotel experience preferred
  • 1-2+ years experience in a guest service oriented food and beverage establishment preferred
  • college degree preferred
  • intermediate word and excel skills required
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational, project management and detail orientation skills
  • ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • strong interpersonal skills and a can-do positive attitude
  • bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • manage housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage departments
  • oversee daily hotel operations to achieve financial and operational goals
  • ensure guest suite cleanliness and high-quality customer service
  • participate in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of new associates
  • handle purchasing and payroll submission
  • enforce disciplinary measures
  • maintain standards for guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection
