Job Duties
- Deliver elevated, professional service at fine dining and VIP events
- execute formal service techniques including tray service, plated dinners, and table-side etiquette
- anticipate guest needs while maintaining a calm, polished presence
- work closely with bartenders, captains, and event leads to ensure seamless service
- assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining a clean, organized service area
