Job Requirements
- Previous fine dining experience preferred
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food wine and beverage service standards specific to fine dining
- Ability to remain composed and professional in a high-pressure fast-paced environment
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition
- Must be willing to pitch-in and help coworkers as needed and be a team player
- Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
- Previous restaurant/hotel experience preferred
- Commitment to teamwork and maintaining the highest level of service etiquette and presentation
- Ability to work mornings weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Greet each guest with warmth and professionalism ensuring a personalized and memorable experience
- Present and explain menu items in detail including preparation methods ingredients and recommended wine pairings
- Take and serve guest orders promptly while ensuring precision elegance and adherence to fine dining service standards
- Execute all required table service steps including wine presentation and service synchronized plate delivery and proper clearing techniques
- Conduct pre-shift and closing side work ensuring polished table settings glassware silverware and service stations are maintained at the highest standard
- Operate the electronic cash register/POS system accurately and efficiently
- Inspect food and beverage items prior to service to ensure proper presentation temperature and portion
- Anticipate guest needs throughout their dining experience providing intuitive service without being intrusive
- Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless communication and flawless service execution
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
