Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to carry trays and stand for long periods
- Ability to follow directions
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Good personal hygiene
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Coordinate with FOH management and service team throughout service
- Set up expo station with garnishes, sauces and condiments prior to service
- Prepare cleaning and sanitation items for expo station
- Run food and assist in plating during service with Executive Chef
- Maintain plating standards throughout service
- Deliver food to guests timely and with a smile
- Clean and sanitize expo station and line after family meal
