Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to carry trays and stand for long periods
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Good personal hygiene
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with FOH management and service team throughout service
  • Set up expo station with garnishes, sauces and condiments prior to service
  • Prepare cleaning and sanitation items for expo station
  • Run food and assist in plating during service with Executive Chef
  • Maintain plating standards throughout service
  • Deliver food to guests timely and with a smile
  • Clean and sanitize expo station and line after family meal
