Job Requirements

  • Valid driver license with a good driving record
  • No DUI in last 5 years
  • 0-4 current points on driving record
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience with general office equipment
  • Computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with GPS and tablet technologies
  • Minimum 3 years prior route delivery or distribution experience preferred
  • ServSafe Food Handler Certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
  • Ability to taste or smell
  • Ability to see, talk, and hear
  • Ability to work outdoors and inside a vehicle
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Safe delivery of food items and supplies to customer homes and sites in a timely and accurate manner
  • Vehicle upkeep and cleanliness
  • Maintain food safety and handling procedures with compliance to temperature requirements
  • Report any deficiencies or problems to supervisor promptly
  • Maintain driver scorecard and other required recordkeeping
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain service records
  • Check vehicle fluid levels and perform general routine inspection of vehicle to ensure all is in working order
  • Assist with packing and/or storing of food items, components and/or supplies as required
  • Regular attendance required to meet employer's attendance policy to ensure customer deliveries can be accomplished as scheduled
  • Other duties as assigned by management
