Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management
  • Experience managing multi-unit operations and P&L
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work primarily in Greenville or Columbia, SC
  • Willingness to perform work at Wendy’s restaurants or other field locations
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Proficient in utilizing data and insights to improve business results

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, business markets, management, finance, supply chain or related field preferred
  • Candidate based in Greenville or Columbia, SC preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with increasing responsibility in operations management including P&L management of multi-unit operations
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate at various levels
  • Ability to lead, influence and develop organizational capability
  • Builds strong relationships with teams across the organization
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to translate and adapt numerical/financial information into actionable insights

Job Duties

  • Conducts Wendy’s Done Right visits in an assigned geographical territory
  • Partners with above restaurant leadership to ensure correct Wendy’s systems implementation
  • Leverages Model of Excellence scorecard to provide targeted coaching and training
  • Conducts Quarterly Business Reviews and Growth Readiness Assessments with franchisees
  • Provides coaching and training to multi-unit leaders and franchisees
  • Partners with Field Training Managers to identify and deliver in-restaurant training and development
  • Supports new restaurant openings ensuring readiness and compliance
