Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management
- Experience managing multi-unit operations and P&L
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work primarily in Greenville or Columbia, SC
- Willingness to perform work at Wendy’s restaurants or other field locations
- Ability to travel as needed
- Proficient in utilizing data and insights to improve business results
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, business markets, management, finance, supply chain or related field preferred
- Candidate based in Greenville or Columbia, SC preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with increasing responsibility in operations management including P&L management of multi-unit operations
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate at various levels
- Ability to lead, influence and develop organizational capability
- Builds strong relationships with teams across the organization
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to translate and adapt numerical/financial information into actionable insights
Job Duties
- Conducts Wendy’s Done Right visits in an assigned geographical territory
- Partners with above restaurant leadership to ensure correct Wendy’s systems implementation
- Leverages Model of Excellence scorecard to provide targeted coaching and training
- Conducts Quarterly Business Reviews and Growth Readiness Assessments with franchisees
- Provides coaching and training to multi-unit leaders and franchisees
- Partners with Field Training Managers to identify and deliver in-restaurant training and development
- Supports new restaurant openings ensuring readiness and compliance
