Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness in locker rooms and workout areas
- Set up and uphold health club and spa standards
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and comfort
- Monitor health and safety compliance within the health club
- Assist guests with facility information and usage guidelines
- Support team members in daily health club operations
