Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and twist for extended periods
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret restaurant seating charts
- Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Job Duties
- Maintain consistent attention to the restaurant entrance and welcome guests with a smile and proper greeting
- Record customer reservations or seating times accurately ensuring high quality service
- Maintain and update restaurant seating charts
- Properly set up and maintain dining room areas before service
- Assist with stocking roll-up silverware for shifts
- Seat guests and advise on menu and beverage choices
- Oversee delivery and servicing of food and beverages
- Liaise between kitchen and floor staff to meet company standards
- Perform cashier or bus person duties as required
- Follow cash handling policies and maintain cash security
- Patrol station refilling water and coffee and removing service items
- Perform team duties during downtime such as rolling silverware, expediting orders, washing dishes, preparing to-go food, and cleaning condiments
