- 21 years of age or older
- pass ETCH Transport Company’s driving test
- clean driving record in Arkansas
- pass state and federal background checks
- valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- willingness to adhere to safety and operational procedures
- willingness to work weekends and variable schedules
- ability to pass DOT medical exam and drug tests
