Job Requirements
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- must be legal to work in the US
- have dependable transportation to and from the job location
- physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs
- able to work 5 days a week including weekend
- available for local business and home delivery
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1 year of verifiable job-related driving experience in the last 3 years or 3 years of verifiable job-related driving experience in the last 10 years
- clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- able to pass a drug test and DOT medical / physical exam
- willing to submit to a background check
- previous experience at Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or DHL is a plus
Job Duties
- Arrive at the FedEx Terminal to pick up the vehicle and deliver packages on fixed routes
- scanning and loading packages
- load, unload, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle safely
- maintains delivery logs and records
- establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers
- physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs
