Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- have a valid driver’s license
- have a clean driving record
- pass a drug test including marijuana with continued random drug screens
- pass a DOT physical
- be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs and up to 150 lbs with hand truck
- pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
- have reliable transportation to and from work
- be punctual and ready to work each workday
- weekend availability with at least 1 day of weekend work
- be able to climb stairs
- be able to work in all types of weather
- have a strong work ethic and get it done attitude
Job Qualifications

- ability to operate scanner and relevant equipment

- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and up to 150 lbs with hand truck
Job Duties
- Operate your vehicle safely at all times
- deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences with routes including up to 150 stops a day
- perform daily vehicle inspections including checking fluid levels
- load vehicle for deliveries and organize daily loads
- work independently and as part of a team
- provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication with manager
- accurately operate scanner and track delivery process
- accurately disposition package deliveries and pickups
- consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
