Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver¿s license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Pass a drug test including marijuana
- Pass a DOT physical
- Be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be punctual and ready to work
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and get it done attitude
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver¿s license
- Clean driving record
- Work-related driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to use hand truck to carry up to 150 pounds
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work under various weather conditions
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Operate vehicle safely at all times
- Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences
- Perform daily vehicle inspection including checking fluid levels
- Load vehicle for deliveries and organize daily loads
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication with manager
- Accurately operate scanner and track delivery process
- Ensure accurate disposition of package delivery and pickups
- Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
