- Pass driving and background checks
- Have a bank account to process payments

Job Duties
- Deliver orders to customers accurately and on time
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication during deliveries
- Use the Favor app to accept and manage delivery requests
- Navigate efficiently to various neighborhoods in the delivery area
- Handle grocery and meal items with care to ensure quality upon delivery
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies
- Provide real-time updates and resolve issues with support assistance
