Job Duties
- This role is focused on the safe, fast, and accurate delivery of freshly prepared food orders, alongside customer service and in-store food preparation responsibilities
- When not delivering, tasks include making sandwiches, keeping the shop tidy, and assisting with routine store operations to ensure a great guest experience
- Complete food deliveries promptly and safely using the most efficient routes
- Verify each order for accuracy and completeness before leaving the store
- Greet customers, record their orders, handle payments, and provide attentive service
- Support sandwich preparation and customer service during times without deliveries
- Follow recipes, portioning standards, and sanitation practices carefully
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, drink stations, and restrooms
- Perform cash register duties, track receipts, and balance delivery-related sales
- Comply with hygiene, uniform, safety, and company regulations at all times
