Job Requirements
- Minimum five years experience in related culinary field
- able to read, write and understand English
- math and computer skills
- knowledge of kitchen equipment and knife skills
- proficient in all reporting positions
- Class II Gaming License
- Washington State Health Card
- Serve Safe preferred

Job Duties
- Monitor overtime and staff motivation
- oversee product consistency and make necessary modifications
- monitor waste and over production
- utilize leftovers and ensure proper rotation and quality control
- train new employees
- enforce safety policies and health department standards
- perform clerical duties including payroll and staff files
- maintain cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- oversee all kitchen activities related to menu and staff
- assume Chef responsibilities in their absence
- create new daily specials and soups
- coordinate service of food with room service
- work closely with Executive Chef to achieve department goals
- perform other duties as directed
