Job Requirements

  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
  • Minimum 5,000 hours total fixed wing flight time
  • Minimum 2,500 hours multi-engine flight time
  • Minimum 2,000 hours pilot-in-command flight time
  • Minimum 1,500 hours turbine flight time
  • Minimum 250 hours night flight time
  • Minimum 5 years Part 91/135 flying experience
  • 250 hours PIC in Falcon 6X/7X/8X or comparable aircraft within the last 12 months preferred
  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit
  • Valid passport
  • Valid State driver’s license
  • Must be able to work varying hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be service-oriented and well-groomed
  • Must be able to handle animals onboard
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug/alcohol testing
  • Ability to travel unrestricted to EU, Canada and Caribbean countries
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Strong knowledge of Part 91/135 regulations and operational best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • Previous comparable type rating
  • 5,000 hours total fixed wing flight time
  • 2,500 hours multi-engine flight time
  • 2,000 hours pilot-in-command flight time
  • 1,500 hours turbine flight time
  • 250 hours night flight time
  • 5 years Part 91/135 experience
  • 250 hours pilot-in-command in Falcon 6X/7X/8X or comparable aircraft within the prior 12 months preferred
  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit
  • Valid passport
  • Valid State driver’s license
  • Service-oriented with neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to effectively interact with passengers
  • Familiarity with international operations including EASA
  • Ability to travel unrestricted to EU, Canada and Caribbean countries
  • Proficient English language skills
  • Strong understanding of Part 91/135 regulations

Job Duties

  • Ensure all flights are organized and executed in a safe, efficient and professional manner in accordance with all federal and local regulations and company policies
  • Work closely with maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events and routine tasks are completed
  • Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures
  • Lead flight department crew members to accomplish department goals while contributing to high employee morale
  • Properly communicate any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies and report to the Director of Maintenance
  • Ensure aircraft is maintained in safe and operational condition, adhering to maintenance schedules and performing thorough pre-flight inspections
  • Monitor aircraft systems and make sound decisions to maintain safety
  • Obtain current weather reports, forecasts and NOTAMs
  • Collaborate with ground operations and trip support to ensure seamless flight preparations and post-flight activities
  • Maintain complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems authorized to operate, including emergency systems and procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FAA regulations, company procedures and best practices
  • Log flight hours, submit reports, and maintain all required records
  • Participate in regular training, safety briefings and recurrent qualifications to maintain proficiency
  • Provide quality service to owners and passengers, identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings
  • Investigate and resolve service deviations
