Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years minimum relevant experience in hospitality, facility or property management, janitorial operations or commercial real estate
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Responds to requests or issues within one day including personal follow up
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and process management
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Outlook

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility or property management, janitorial operations and/or knowledge of commercial real estate
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate professionally
  • Excellent organizational skills and process management
  • Ability to adapt to new devices, technology and applications
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and Outlook
  • Works collaboratively within the account team to deliver services across all business lines
  • Manages third-party vendor relationships and service partnerships to maximize service delivery effectiveness
  • Provides intuitive service by anticipating needs and concerns, consistently exceeding client expectations
  • Builds meaningful, lasting relationships with client employees and guests, embodying the company's culture and values
  • Conducts regular workspace inspections to ensure all areas are properly maintained and stocked
  • Identifies potential risks and escalates appropriately to prevent privacy breaches, security incidents, or operational disruptions
  • Actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging business intelligence, adopting best practices, and contributing to process innovation

Job Duties

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services
  • Serve as an onsite contact and coordinate facility team services
  • Ensure services are executed consistent with SLA's, standard processes, professional brand image and compliant with applicable local laws, rules and regulations
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft services delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies and regulations, and performance metrics
  • Support data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives
  • Strive to continually improve experience service performance
  • Achieve and exceed goals including performance goals, team goals and client goals and objectives
