Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of logistics experience

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of logistics experience in freight forwarding, shipping line, or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping, U.S. customs documentation, and intermodal logistics
  • Experience with shipment consolidation and small parcel shipping including UPS and FedEx
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Coordinate multiple international ocean freight bookings from Europe and Latin America to the U.S.
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and port terminals to ensure timely deliveries
  • Consolidate shipments from multiple suppliers into full container loads
  • Coordinate intermodal transport including trucking and rail
  • Oversee all import/export documentation and compliance requirements for U.S. customs clearance
  • Provide real-time updates and communicate shipping status to domestic distributor clients
  • Organize and ship product samples via UPS and other small parcel carriers
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast purchasing needs, and coordinate replenishment orders
  • Resolve shipment issues in coordination with warehouse and transportation partners
