Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- six months experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work in a standing position for long periods up to 10 hours
- strong communication skills
- able to communicate clearly with teammates and management team

Job Duties
- deliver food plates to guests in a timely manner and ensure guest satisfaction
- know all Over Easy food brand standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, recipes, and quality standards
- prepare, stock, and maintain sufficient levels of prepped sauces and butters
- follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
- handle, store, and rotate all products properly
- complete daily opening and closing checklists
