Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the US
  • six months experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • able to work in a standing position for long periods up to 10 hours
  • strong communication skills
  • able to communicate clearly with teammates and management team

Job Duties

  • deliver food plates to guests in a timely manner and ensure guest satisfaction
  • know all Over Easy food brand standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, recipes, and quality standards
  • prepare, stock, and maintain sufficient levels of prepped sauces and butters
  • follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
  • handle, store, and rotate all products properly
  • complete daily opening and closing checklists
