Job Requirements
- Two years of espresso experience with craft coffee
- Confident with espresso dosing and automatic espresso machines
- Availability for 3-4 days per week including summer and holidays
- Must be able to work no evening shifts
- Strong customer service orientation
- Dependable and able to thrive under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of espresso experience with craft coffee
- Proficiency with automatic espresso machines
- Experience with slow brew, kegs, or nitro coffee a plus
- Prior drive-thru experience preferred
- Ability to work 3-4 days per week including summers and holidays
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Two years of college education preferred
Job Duties
- Lead shift operations and manage team in drive-thru environment
- Prepare high-quality espresso and craft coffee beverages
- Ensure consistency and five-star customer service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Train and support team members on espresso techniques and customer service
- Manage inventory and ingredient stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
