Job Requirements

  • Two years of espresso experience with craft coffee
  • Confident with espresso dosing and automatic espresso machines
  • Availability for 3-4 days per week including summer and holidays
  • Must be able to work no evening shifts
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Dependable and able to thrive under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of espresso experience with craft coffee
  • Proficiency with automatic espresso machines
  • Experience with slow brew, kegs, or nitro coffee a plus
  • Prior drive-thru experience preferred
  • Ability to work 3-4 days per week including summers and holidays
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Two years of college education preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shift operations and manage team in drive-thru environment
  • Prepare high-quality espresso and craft coffee beverages
  • Ensure consistency and five-star customer service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Train and support team members on espresso techniques and customer service
  • Manage inventory and ingredient stock levels
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
