Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a chef or culinary manager
  • Preferred experience in polished casual or upscale dining
  • Familiarity with scratch kitchen operations
  • Stable work history
  • Understanding of food, labor costs, and waste management
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary degree is a plus
  • Ability to withstand working in temperatures between 30 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Capability to move around restaurant for extended periods up to 10-12 hours daily
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds for short distances

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a chef, culinary manager, or kitchen manager for over 3 years
  • Experience in polished casual, upscale, or fine dining preferred
  • Experience working in a scratch kitchen preferred
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Stable job history
  • Knowledge of food cost, labor cost, and waste management
  • High school diploma or equivalent
