Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a chef or culinary manager
- Preferred experience in polished casual or upscale dining
- Familiarity with scratch kitchen operations
- Stable work history
- Understanding of food, labor costs, and waste management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary degree is a plus
- Ability to withstand working in temperatures between 30 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit
- Capability to move around restaurant for extended periods up to 10-12 hours daily
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds for short distances
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a chef, culinary manager, or kitchen manager for over 3 years
- Experience in polished casual, upscale, or fine dining preferred
- Experience working in a scratch kitchen preferred
- Culinary degree preferred
- Stable job history
