Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in culinary management or chef role
- Experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining preferred
- Experience working in a scratch kitchen preferred
- Stable job history
- Knowledge of food cost, labor cost, and waste management
- Ability to work in hot and cold kitchen environments
- Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 75 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef, Culinary Manager or Kitchen Manager
- Experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining environment preferred
- Proven experience working in a scratch kitchen preferred
- Culinary degree preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage food cost, labor cost and waste effectively

- Recruitment and retention of kitchen staff
- Training and development of culinary team
- Supervision and leadership of kitchen operations
- Drive sales growth through quality and guest service
- Ensure profitability through managing food and labor costs
- Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
- Oversee financial reporting related to kitchen operations
