Job Duties
- Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- verify identities and manage access control to secure areas
- conduct regular patrols to monitor premises for suspicious activity or safety hazards
- inspect security equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
- respond swiftly to incidents, administer first aid when necessary, and coordinate with emergency response teams
- answer questions and provide information in person or on the phone
- write comprehensive incident reports and communicate security concerns effectively
- ensure overall safety and protection of individuals and property within assigned areas
