Job Requirements
- valid CDL-A
- HAZMAT endorsement or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- minimum 1 year driving experience with Class A tractor/trailer or comparable experience
- no suspensions or revocations in driving record in last 3 years
- clean driving record
- willingness to participate in safety training
- ability to perform physical tasks related to driving and delivery
- availability to be home most nights
Job Qualifications
- valid CDL-A license
- HAZMAT endorsement or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- minimum 1 year Class A tractor/trailer on-road driving experience or comparable experience
- clean driving record with no suspensions or reckless driving convictions in past 3 years
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work independently
- knowledge of DOT regulations
Job Duties
- operate Class A tractor/trailer for direct-to-store deliveries
- comply with traffic and safety regulations
- maintain accurate delivery and vehicle logs
- perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- provide exceptional customer service to Ace Retailers
- adhere to company safety programs
- participate in safety and compliance training
