Job Requirements
- Ability to stand on your feet and navigate the WOB for the entirety of the shift
- Ability to carry full food and drink trays
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift 20 lbs
- Ability to retain menu product knowledge and share that with customers
- Flexible schedule
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states)
- Valid certification in responsible alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktails
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Outgoing, friendly and high energy personality
- Friendly and accurate communication skills in handling customers
- Ability to contribute to building bar sales and create a community of returning customers
- Develop an efficient work pace to keep customers satisfied
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states) with valid certification in responsible alcohol service
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to WOB standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and engaging demeanor
- Guide customers in selecting beverages, offer samples, and promote food and drink menus
- Ensure all drinks are perfectly poured using correct glassware and measurement tools
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
- Contribute to building bar sales through excellent customer interactions and teamwork
