Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, business, or a related field
  • minimum of 2 years experience in business development, customer experience, marketing, or sales
  • experience working on a loyalty program is an advantage
  • strong Excel skills and experience handling large datasets
  • highly organized with strong prioritization skills
  • experience managing projects to successful outcomes
  • strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • experience with CRM systems is beneficial
  • a collaborative mindset and ability to work across both small local teams and a wider global organisation

Job Duties

  • Serve as the global guardian of the SCC brand and member experience
  • conduct a comprehensive review of the current program and present recommendations
  • develop and implement the global member experience strategy
  • coordinate cross-regional initiatives to ensure global consistency
  • create and execute an annual sales and marketing plan for SCC
  • develop a communication strategy that effectively conveys the SCC narrative
  • provide content ideas and collaborate with the marketing team on monthly newsletters
  • manage SCC social channels and website pages
  • oversee planning and execution of SCC member events
  • ensure a seamless onboarding journey for new members
  • manage vendor relationships for global merchandise distribution
  • work with system partners to enhance the customer experience
  • identify and build new partnerships that add value to SCC members
  • manage monthly sales reporting across regions
  • roll out the SCC into new source markets
  • collect member feedback and integrate insights into program improvements
  • use member data to drive engagement and target the next trip opportunities
