Job Duties
- Organize and prioritize food tickets, ensuring correct order assembly
- Inspect dishes for presentation, portion size, temperature, and accuracy before they leave the kitchen
- Communicate with cooks, update food runners on order status, and relay special requests or item shortages
- Ensure orders are complete and perfect
- Call for food runners to pick up completed dishes and ensure timely delivery to guests
