Job Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in sports and entertainment premium hospitality operations
- degree or training in culinary arts or hospitality management
- knowledge of Microsoft Office, internal and external email communications, and purchasing procedures
- knowledge of budget management, labor, and food costs
- must live near or be willing to relocate to Winston Salem, NC

- excellent listening and communication skills

- exceptional knife skills and culinary techniques knowledge
- experience in high-volume stadiums or special event food service
- strong leadership and teamwork capabilities
Job Duties
- Facilitate in the planning and execution of game-day and event menus
- assist in training, mentoring, and hiring kitchen staff
- produce consistent products in a high-volume environment
- ensure safety and sanitation of kitchen and food service areas
- assist in menu development and implement creative menu items
- maintain morale and leadership within the culinary team
- schedule staff and food production according to business demands
- assist in logistical planning and execution of events
- assist with ordering, budget preparation, inventory control, financial reports, and scheduling
