Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of lead culinary experience in sports and entertainment premium catering
  • degree or training in culinary arts, hospitality management, or equivalent
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office, email communications, and purchasing procedures
  • leadership mindset with growth orientation
  • willingness to live near or relocate to Winston Salem, NC

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a lead culinary role
  • experience in sports and entertainment or stadium premium catering
  • degree or training in culinary arts, hospitality management, or equivalent
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office and purchasing procedures
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication and listening skills
  • exceptional knife skills and culinary techniques
  • ability to produce consistent high volume product
  • ability to teach culinary skills

Job Duties

  • Execute premium culinary operations including planning, ordering, menu creation, and execution of game day and event menus
  • Maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Ensure proper safety and sanitation in all kitchen and food service areas
  • Develop and communicate creative menu items adhering to company standards
  • Track and report financial goals, food costs, and culinary budgets
  • Manage scheduling, training, and accountability of culinary staff
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive sales and execute events flawlessly
