Job Requirements
- Degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute preferred
- At least three to five years of experience as an executive sous chef in a high-volume food industry
- Proven track record in improving kitchen efficiency, managing food quality, and labor costs
- Must have excellent managerial, financial analysis, team building, and communication skills
- Must have knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be open to providing incidental or short-term support to other facilities
- Experience in a union work environment preferred
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- Must have specific vision abilities including close vision and ability to adjust focus
- Must be flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs
- Must be able to stand and/or walk up to 10 hours during a single shift, navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators
Job Qualifications

- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an executive sous chef in a high-volume food industry
- Proven track record in improving kitchen efficiency, managing food quality, and labor costs
- Excellent managerial, financial analysis, team building, and communication skills
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to learn new programs and procedures quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in a union work environment preferred
- Must be flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, holidays, and major stadium events
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee production, operation, and sanitation aspects of all culinary and stewarding operations throughout the facility
- Implement and enforce all departmental and organizational policies and procedures
- Manage associates including Sous Chefs, Lead Cooks, and supervisors through planning, scheduling, and performance development
- Plan innovative menus, maintain financial responsibility for menu mix, analyze menu and food costs, prepare reports on food and menu analysis
- Prepare cost-saving annual budgets and ensure all fiscal responsibilities are met
- Oversee inventory management including requisitioning and purchasing, maintain effective vendor relationships
- Ensure sanitation standards comply with local health department and company standards
- Interact directly with high-level clients and build relationships
- Perform related duties as assigned by management
