Job Duties
- lead culinary team at golf tournaments and other event venues
- develop, implement, and communicate creative menu items
- create and update production sheets, order building, distribution sheets, and scheduling
- execute events and food service maintaining highest food quality and presentation
- assist executive chef with financial goals and food cost management
- produce consistent product in high volume for multiple service times
- ensure safety and sanitation of kitchen and food service areas
- maintain kitchen morale and culinary team
- schedule staff and food production working with staffing and sales departments
- oversee logistical planning and execution including equipment needs and kitchen layouts
- manage satellite kitchens including hourly staff, execution timelines, and prep work
