Job Requirements
- Hands-on chef with a background in corporate concepts used to systems and routines
- Reports to the Executive Chef and General Manager
- Exceptionally service-oriented and understands hospitality timing
- Experience in quality scratch kitchens especially Italian cuisine is a big plus
- Proven prior tenure in position
- Professional image and demeanor

- Experience in a hands-on sous chef or similar culinary role
- Background in corporate culinary concepts
- Strong knowledge of quality scratch kitchens
- Familiarity with Italian cuisine preferred
- Proven prior tenure in culinary positions
- Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen staff and maintain high standards
- Exceptional service orientation and professionalism
Job Duties
- Oversee kitchen operations and assist the Executive Chef
- Ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
- Maintain consistency with corporate culinary systems and routines
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with the General Manager to ensure smooth service and hospitality timing
- Contribute to menu development with a focus on quality scratch cooking and Italian cuisine
- Maintain professional image and service-oriented demeanor in all interactions
