Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a chef in a high volume full-service restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to manage financial aspects of restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Compliance with state labor laws and company policies

  • Strong passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail
  • Resilient in stressful situations with ability to handle last-minute requests
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a chef in a high volume full-service restaurant
  • Advanced knowledge of financial aspects of business operations
  • Self-motivated with aptitude for leading, coaching and driving excellence
  • Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage schedules and payroll in compliance with laws and company standards

Job Duties

  • Opens and closes the line with precise line checks and facility walks
  • Performs EcoSure inspections with proper documentation adhering to company standards and addresses deficiencies
  • Runs high volume service periods from expo or wheel position ensuring food quality and presentation
  • Collaborates with back of house and front of house teams
  • Participates in EcoSure and health inspections ensuring a safe production environment
  • Responsible for hiring, developing and managing schedules of back of house employees while reporting payroll in compliance with company standards and state laws
  • Partners with executive chef to manage P and L focusing on food cost management, labor, inventory control and restaurant performance
  • Assists in ordering and invoicing of products
  • Maintains consistent communication with front of house team to ensure adherence to True Food Kitchen guidelines
