Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary experience
- At least 2 years in a sous chef or similar leadership role
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and global cuisines
Job Qualifications

- Proven experience in menu engineering food costing and inventory management

- ServSafe certification is a must

Job Duties
- Assist the executive chef in all aspects of kitchen management including menu planning recipe development and execution
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff ensuring smooth and efficient service during all meal periods
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitation and hygiene standards including HACCP and ServSafe
- Manage inventory levels order supplies and control food costs to meet budgetary goals
- Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation across all dishes
- Conduct regular training sessions for kitchen personnel focusing on culinary techniques safety and teamwork
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in the kitchen
- Contribute creative ideas for menu enhancements and special events
- Uphold the restaurants reputation for excellence and exceptional dining experiences
