Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume fine dining restaurant
  • Proven leadership experience in a kitchen environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • This position is hands-on and are desired candidate will have a passion for food and developing those below him/her
  • Oversee all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor food handling and storage procedures to maintain health and safety standards
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support daily operations
