Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of similar work experience
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to create and implement creative menus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work in a 24-hour operational environment
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • Passionate about food and sustainability

Job Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar culinary leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead and develop pastry and savory teams
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated creativity in menu development
  • Experience managing financial performance in culinary operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours and meet demands of a 24-hour operation

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise pastry and savory culinary teams
  • Develop and implement innovative and locally-sourced menus
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality culinary offerings
  • Manage culinary operations to meet financial performance goals
