Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of three years culinary experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage staff schedules and payroll
- knowledge of health and safety standards
- capability to collaborate with front and back of house teams
- proficiency in inventory management

- More than three years experience as a chef in a full-service high-volume restaurant
- strong passion for culinary excellence
- ability to handle stressful last minute requests
- advanced knowledge of financial aspects of business operations

Job Duties
- Opens and closes the line
- performs precise line checks and facility walks
- adheres to EcoSure with proper documentation
- runs high volume service periods from expo or wheel position
- ensures food quality and presentation meet standards
- collaborates with BOH and FOH teams
- participates in EcoSure and health inspections
- hires and develops back of house employees
- manages schedules and payroll reporting
- partners with executive chef on P&L management
- assists in ordering and invoicing of product
- maintains open communication with FOH team to uphold guidelines
