Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years chef experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Proven ability to manage and develop kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and EcoSure standards
  • Strong financial acumen related to P&L and cost control
  • Ability to lead during peak service times
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Flexibility to handle last minute operational requests

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years experience as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence with exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of financial aspects of business operations
  • Experience in leading, coaching, and developing kitchen staff
  • Ability to perform under pressure and handle last minute requests
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated and caring attitude

Job Duties

  • Opens and closes the line
  • Performs precise line checks and facility walks with proper documentation
  • Runs high volume service periods from expo or wheel positions ensuring food quality and presentation
  • Collaborates with BOH and FOH teams, participates in EcoSure and health inspections ensuring safe production environment
  • Manages hiring and development of back of house employees and their scheduling
  • Partners with Executive Chef on P&L to maximize profits through food cost and labor management
  • Assists in ordering and invoicing of product
  • Maintains open communication with FOH to ensure adherence to TFK guidelines
