Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of chef experience in a full service, high-volume restaurant
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to manage P&L and control food and labor costs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Experience of more than 3 years as a chef in a full service, high-volume restaurant
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operations
- Caring, self-motivated, and aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence
- Ability to remain resilient in stressful situations and handle last minute requests
Job Duties
- Open and close the line with precise line checks and facility walks, document EcoSure compliance and address any deficiencies
- Run high volume service periods from expo or wheel position to ensure food quality and presentation up to TFK standards
- Perform precise line checks and facility walks with BOH and FOH team, participate in EcoSure and health inspections ensuring a safe production environment
- Hire and develop back of house employees, manage schedules and report payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws
- Partner with Executive Chef on managing P&L to maximize profits through food cost management, labor, inventory control and restaurant performance
- Assist in ordering and invoicing product
- Maintain open communication with FOH team to ensure adherence to TFK guidelines
