Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years experience as a chef in a high-volume restaurant
  • Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and staff
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations including EcoSure standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • Familiarity with payroll, scheduling, and inventory management systems

  • More than three years experience as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • Advanced knowledge of financial aspects of restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Open and close the kitchen line
  • Perform precise line checks and facility walks with proper documentation
  • Run high volume service periods from the expo or wheel position
  • Collaborate closely with BOH and FOH teams to ensure food quality and adherence to standards
  • Hire and develop back of house employees
  • Manage employee schedules and payroll reporting in compliance with company and legal standards
  • Assist with ordering and invoicing of products
  • Partner with Executive Chef to manage P&L, food costs, labor, inventory, and restaurant performance
  • Participate in EcoSure and health inspections to maintain safety
