Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years experience as a chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and staff
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations including EcoSure standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Familiarity with payroll, scheduling, and inventory management systems

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to perform under stress and manage last-minute requests effectively
- More than three years experience as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Advanced knowledge of financial aspects of restaurant operations
- Caring, self-motivated, and skilled in leadership, coaching, and team development
Job Duties
- Open and close the kitchen line
- Perform precise line checks and facility walks with proper documentation
- Run high volume service periods from the expo or wheel position
- Collaborate closely with BOH and FOH teams to ensure food quality and adherence to standards
- Hire and develop back of house employees
- Manage employee schedules and payroll reporting in compliance with company and legal standards
- Assist with ordering and invoicing of products
- Partner with Executive Chef to manage P&L, food costs, labor, inventory, and restaurant performance
- Participate in EcoSure and health inspections to maintain safety
