Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • Knowledge of food safety and health inspection standards
  • Ability to manage schedules and payroll in compliance with laws
  • Strong financial understanding related to P&L management

Job Duties

  • Open and close the line with precise line checks and facility walks and proper documentation
  • Run high volume service periods from the expo or wheel position to ensure food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams to maintain safe production environments and adhere to EcoSure and health inspections
  • Hire and develop back of house employees, manage schedules, and report payroll in compliance with company and state regulations
  • Partner with Executive Chef to manage P&L, optimize food costs, labor, inventory control, and restaurant performance
  • Assist with ordering and invoicing products
  • Maintain consistent communication with FOH to ensure adherence to company guidelines
