Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Knowledge of food safety and health inspection standards
- Ability to manage schedules and payroll in compliance with laws
- Strong financial understanding related to P&L management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Open and close the line with precise line checks and facility walks and proper documentation
- Run high volume service periods from the expo or wheel position to ensure food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams to maintain safe production environments and adhere to EcoSure and health inspections
- Hire and develop back of house employees, manage schedules, and report payroll in compliance with company and state regulations
- Partner with Executive Chef to manage P&L, optimize food costs, labor, inventory control, and restaurant performance
- Assist with ordering and invoicing products
- Maintain consistent communication with FOH to ensure adherence to company guidelines
