Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of culinary management experience
- Culinary arts degree preferred but not required
- Excellent cooking skills
- Experience mentoring and training hourly team members
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long periods on foot and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperature kitchen environments
