Job Requirements
- Minimum three years experience as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience managing payroll and employee scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of financial management in restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Open and close the kitchen line, perform precise line checks and facility walks with proper documentation
- Run high volume service periods from the expo or wheel position ensuring food quality and presentation meets standards
- Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams, participate in EcoSure and health inspections maintaining a safe production environment
- Hire, develop, schedule back of house employees, and manage payroll in compliance with company standards and state laws
- Partner with executive chef on managing P&L to maximize profits through food cost, labor, and inventory control
- Assist in ordering and invoicing of products
- Maintain consistent communication with FOH team to ensure adherence to company guidelines
