Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years of culinary experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • culinary arts degree preferred but not required
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience including 3+ years in culinary roles
  • degree in Culinary Arts preferred
  • skilled in food preparation, menu planning, and quality control
  • ability to manage food costs, portion control, and reduce waste
  • experience supervising and training kitchen staff in safety and production practices
  • strong focus on guest satisfaction and interdepartmental cooperation

Job Duties

  • oversee kitchen operations including meal preparation and presentation
  • maintain food inventory and adjust production based on ingredient availability
  • supervise and support hourly kitchen team members
  • contribute to menu development and quality control
  • manage supply monitoring and ordering processes
  • ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • lead and develop kitchen staff fostering a positive work environment
