Job Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury pastry leadership within a high volume hotel or resort
- Mastery of plated desserts, viennoiserie, breads, chocolate work, amenities, and showpieces
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop a cohesive team
- A commitment to organization, food safety, and excellence in execution
- A culinary or pastry degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and varied schedules
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Job Duties
- Lead the pastry and bakeshop team in producing desserts, viennoiserie, breads, amenities, and showpieces
- Design and execute seasonal menus for all outlets with a focus on luxury and precision
- Maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and food safety standards
- Oversee production schedules, workflow, ordering, and inventory
- Develop, mentor, and inspire a high performing pastry team
- Collaborate across culinary and food and beverage departments to create memorable guest experiences
- Support resort wide events, tastings, VIP amenities, and special activations
