We are hiring an Executive Pastry Director for a distinguished French pastry shop and restaurant located just south of Fall River, Massachusetts. Job Duties

  • Oversee all pastry and bread production for a high-volume cafe ($5M annual volume) and a 42-seat fine-dining concept
  • Manage, train, and inspire a production team of 8–15 bakers, fostering a culture of respect and professional growth
  • Scale recipes and production processes efficiently to meet high demand while maintaining uncompromising "from-scratch" standards
  • Direct the aesthetic vision for all pastry offerings, ensuring products align with the brand’s high-end, destination-worthy image
  • Maintain a "player-coach" presence, arriving early (approx. 5:00 a.m.) to oversee quality control and participate in production
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Hospitality and Director of Operations to ensure seamless service and brand consistency
