Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of event planning from initial inquiry to post-event evaluation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful event execution
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their event needs
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and vendors
  • Oversee event logistics including scheduling, setup, and cleanup
  • Utilize hospitality sales CRM systems to track and manage event details
  • Resolve any issues during events promptly to maintain high client satisfaction
