Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of event planning from initial inquiry to post-event evaluation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful event execution
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their event needs
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and vendors
- Oversee event logistics including scheduling, setup, and cleanup
- Utilize hospitality sales CRM systems to track and manage event details
- Resolve any issues during events promptly to maintain high client satisfaction
