Job Duties

  • Sell and detail wedding room blocks and associated events such as after parties, get-ready rooms, and post-wedding brunches
  • act as the primary post-event contact for small meetings and events
  • coordinate client meetings and event logistics
  • ensure smooth handoffs to operations departments
  • maintain excellent guest communication and service throughout the event process
  • follow up with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction
  • manage scheduling and availability for event support
