Job Duties
- Sell and detail wedding room blocks and associated events such as after parties, get-ready rooms, and post-wedding brunches
- act as the primary post-event contact for small meetings and events
- coordinate client meetings and event logistics
- ensure smooth handoffs to operations departments
- maintain excellent guest communication and service throughout the event process
- follow up with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction
- manage scheduling and availability for event support
