Job Requirements
- HS diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Licensed RN by the State Board of Nursing
- Five years of healthcare leadership experience or ten years if no degree
- Knowledge of computer systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and lead others professionally
- Ability to evaluate financial data and support business decisions
Job Qualifications
- Five years of healthcare leadership experience for those meeting degree requirements
- In lieu of degree, ten years of leadership experience in an applicable healthcare setting
- HS diploma and Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Licensed as RN by the State Board of Nursing in the applicable state
- Master’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of computer systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to evaluate and compile financial reports
- Demonstrates professional and courteous management skills
Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate patient scheduling
- Oversee inventory control and equipment/instrumentation areas
- Input statistical information and manage charging processes
- Collaborate with surgical services management and other departments
- Manage financial and business operations for Perioperative Services
- Oversee capital and supply budget portions
- Participate in development and implementation of strategic and business plans
