Job Requirements

  • HS diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Licensed RN by the State Board of Nursing
  • Five years of healthcare leadership experience or ten years if no degree
  • Knowledge of computer systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead others professionally
  • Ability to evaluate financial data and support business decisions

Job Qualifications

  • Five years of healthcare leadership experience for those meeting degree requirements
  • In lieu of degree, ten years of leadership experience in an applicable healthcare setting
  • HS diploma and Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Licensed as RN by the State Board of Nursing in the applicable state
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of computer systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate and compile financial reports
  • Demonstrates professional and courteous management skills

Job Duties

  • Manage and coordinate patient scheduling
  • Oversee inventory control and equipment/instrumentation areas
  • Input statistical information and manage charging processes
  • Collaborate with surgical services management and other departments
  • Manage financial and business operations for Perioperative Services
  • Oversee capital and supply budget portions
  • Participate in development and implementation of strategic and business plans
